Candidate decree-register phrasings not in the 58-formula bank, ranked by register-lift salience (how much more they recur in the decree register than in the background corpus). Folded forms (lowercase, diacritics stripped) — these are proposals for a curator.
2.2 · Cross-languageGreek↔Latin functional anchors
Bilingual equivalences by institutional function — what a formula does in its document — not literal vocabulary and not a learned vector space (which the grc/lat orthogonality wall rules out). Curated and human-asserted; the first real grc↔lat edges, and a cross-lingual eval asset. Institutional asymmetries (a move one tradition has and the other structurally lacks) are recorded as such, not forced into a pair.
