Open-vocabulary formula discovery & Greek↔Latin anchors

A closed 58-formula bank can only find what it already names. This page publishes a discovery intake — recurrent governance phrasings the bank does not contain, surfaced from the I.PHI decree register by lift over a background corpus — plus a curated Greek↔Latin functional anchor set (equivalence by institutional function, not learned similarity), and the ontology-revision log the two feed. Everything here is review-only; nothing is promoted into the bank automatically.

2.1 · Candidate formulaeDiscovery queue

Candidate decree-register phrasings not in the 58-formula bank, ranked by register-lift salience (how much more they recur in the decree register than in the background corpus). Folded forms (lowercase, diacritics stripped) — these are proposals for a curator.

2.2 · Cross-languageGreek↔Latin functional anchors

Bilingual equivalences by institutional function — what a formula does in its document — not literal vocabulary and not a learned vector space (which the grc/lat orthogonality wall rules out). Curated and human-asserted; the first real grc↔lat edges, and a cross-lingual eval asset. Institutional asymmetries (a move one tradition has and the other structurally lacks) are recorded as such, not forced into a pair.

Audit-requestedOntology-revision log

Append-only record of every change to the formula ontology: discovery runs that propose candidates, and curator decisions that accept/reject them into the bank.
