A four-document Seleucid land-grant dossier from Ilion: three letters of king Antiochus I Soter to Meleager, governor of the Hellespontine satrapy, granting Aristodikides of Assos successive parcels of crown land (2000 plethra, then Petra + 1500 + 2000, then — when Petra proved already assigned to Athenaios the naval commander — an equal substitute of 1500 + 2000 plethra), in each case with leave to attach the land to a city of his choice; together with Meleager's covering letter to Ilion directing the city to vote Aristodikides honours and inscribe the grant in the sanctuary.
