The edict of L. Antistius Rusticus, imperial legate of Galatia–Cappadocia, issued at the colony of Antioch of Pisidia about AD 93, when a hard winter had driven up the price of grain. The governor orders every grain-holder to declare his stocks before the duumvirs, to keep back only seed and a year's food, and to sell the surplus by the first of August; he sets a confiscation penalty for hoarders and caps the price at one denarius the modius. Complete on one inscribed stone. Verbatim text, translation, apparatus and a section-by-section commentary.
