An honorific decree of the Lykourgan period (334/3 BCE) recognizing the obedient and honourable performance of an ephebic class. The decree refers to the sophronistes elected by the people who declares that the ephebes are obedient and do everything with love of honour. From the 330s onwards the arrangements described in Aristotle's Ath.
