An early-classical Athenian decree (469–450 BCE) regulating two categories of lawsuit between Athenians and Phaselites: cases arising at Athens and cases arising at Phaselis. Verbatim Greek from OR 2017 OCR; the English translation and commentary follow Osborne & Rhodes 2017 GHI. This is the Athenian decree-genre's earliest case study in the matrix-hub: it shows the prescript formula (έδοξε τῇ βουλῇ καὶ τῷ δήμῳ + prytany + secretary + chairman + proposer) already fully developed in the mid-fifth century.[ZH pending]
