The Senate's decree of October 39 BCE confirming the freedom (eleutheria), immunity (aneisphoria), and asylia of the joint community of Plarasa and Aphrodisias — passed during the Second Triumvirate at the proposal of the consuls C. Calvisius Sabinus and L. Marcius Censorinus.
