A scored gazetteer of Roman-world production centres, tested against one instrument: the bounded fiscal-legal production enclave (the genus). — cases carry a convergence profile on three axes; — qualify as the genus (— Roman, — pre-Roman, — modern contrasts, the last read on a separate instrument). One ordinal ladder runs across the whole site — on citations, on the Vipasca slot matrix, on the campaign joins. It is encoded by colour AND texture AND a glyph AND a word; colour alone is never load-bearing, so the ladder survives greyscale and colour-blindness. The three states most easily confused are kept apart on purpose: absent (a difference of kind) ≠ unassessed (we made no judgement) ≠ nothing there.全站贯穿同一序级阶梯——见于引证、维帕斯卡格位矩阵、战役关联。其编码兼用颜色、纹理、字形与文字；颜色绝不单独承载意义，故此阶梯于灰度与色盲之下仍可辨。三个最易混淆之状态，特意分立：缺席（类别之别）≠ 未评估（我方未判）≠ 无物。

This build was run against itself twice. The audits are named here by what they FOUND, not that they happened: a fiat ‘negative control’ that stamped a block of cells absent by a dict-comprehension rather than deriving them from the evidence; a false openness KPI that overstated the resolvable-citation rate several-fold above the honest ancient rate of — shown above; and, in the roads work, my own deflationary claims that most roads were ‘conjectural’ and the layer largely ‘undated’ — both false, because Itiner-e’s tiers grade the accuracy of a DRAWN COURSE, not whether a road existed, and the road layer is in fact almost entirely dated. This table is the map's conformant textual equivalent: it is in the page with or without JavaScript, it is the Ctrl-F surface, and it is the accessible path if focusing an SVG marker fails. A missing coordinate is a positive statement, not a hole — each unplotted centre carries a machine-readable reason. Label priority — a rule, not a ranking.标注优先——依规则，非依高下。 Where two labels collide one is suppressed, so the priority rule is itself a claim about which sites matter. It is therefore alphabetical by the drawn name — a rule regenerable from this sentence, and provably independent of the genus verdict, the convergence score and the coordinate accuracy. (The page's ORDER array could NOT serve: among the 25 ancient centres it is exactly genus-partitioned, so priority by it would have made the map silently suppress the failures' names first.) Vipasca as a reference model — the lex metallis dicta + the district regulation, formalized into slots (zones · actors · instruments · revenue flows · services), every slot anchored to a real clause.
